Explore available themes in WordPress, and activate a new one.
- Change site colors or fonts (as allowed by the theme).
- Edit homepage layout if applicable.

Explore, Activate, and Customize a Theme in WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
Explore and Activate a New Theme
- Go to Appearance → Themes.
- Click Add New Theme.
- Browse available themes or use the search bar to find a theme (e.g., search by design, layout, or features).
- Click Preview to see how a theme looks on your site.
- Click Install on the theme you choose.
- After installation, click Activate to make it your current theme.
Change Site Colors or Fonts
- Go to Appearance → Customize (or Appearance → Editor for block themes).
- Open the Colors or Typography section (options vary depending on the theme).
- Change:
- Background color
- Header color
- Text color
- Font style or size
- Click Publish (or Save) to apply the changes.
Edit Homepage Layout (If Applicable)
- Go to Pages → All Pages.
- Open your Home page (or create one via Pages → Add New).
- Click Edit.
- Add, remove, or rearrange blocks (such as headings, images, columns, or buttons) to change the layout.
- Click Update to save changes.
If needed, go to Settings → Reading and ensure your homepage is set to display a Static Page, selecting your edited Home page.
- Visit your website to confirm the new theme, updated colors/fonts, and homepage layout changes are visible.
